Workplace Needs Assessment

An essential first step to ensuring that your disabled or neurodivergent employees get the workplace adjustments they need to help them be as productive and confident as possible.

Reasonable adjustments are a legal requirement under the Equality Act 2010.

Our process

Our comprehensive and holistic Workplace Needs Assessments ensure that disabled or neurodivergent employees get the reasonable adjustments they need to help them be as productive and confident as possible.

A Workplace Needs Assessment also supports employers to understand what adjustments are available and how they can best support their employee(s).

1. Consultation

A detailed look at all areas of an employee’s role, including their:

  • strengths
  • challenges
  • working environment
  • working practices

2. Report

We make fully explained recommendations for reasonable adjustments, which could include:

  • specialist equipment
  • assistive technology (hardware or software)
  • training
  • coaching
  • changes to working practices and processes

3. Support

We support both employer and employee through the whole adjustment process by providing:

  • The recommended reasonable adjustments including assistive technology, training and coaching
  • Advice and guidance through the adjustment process
  • Customer care and technical support
