Our coaches take a holistic approach to help you identify goals and then achieve them. We make every effort to match you with the coach best suited to your situation and preferences.

We believe that workplace strategy coaching is a unique and specialised type of coaching. It looks specifically at the impact of an individual’s neurodivergence or disability and explores how these can be taken into account in terms of their job role and overall wellbeing.

The purpose of workplace strategy coaching is to enable the client to explore and implement strategies in response to their specific challenges, strengths and situation. These strategies are designed to complement any reasonable adjustments already in place. Specific topics that may be explored include communication and presentations, time management, organisation, project planning, self-advocacy, effective reading and writing techniques, stress management and developing confidence.

  • Remote.
  • Session length and frequency are agreed upon between you and your coach but are usually 1-2 hours long every 2-3 weeks. Total coaching hours as recommended by your needs assessment
