A Workplace Needs Assessment also supports employers to understand what adjustments are available and how they can best support their employee(s).

A detailed look at all areas of an employee’s role, including their:

- challenges
- working environment
- working practices
2. Report
We make fully explained recommendations for reasonable adjustments, which could include:
- specialist equipment
- assistive technology (hardware or software)
- training
- coaching
- changes to working practices and processes
3. Support
We support both employer and employee through the whole adjustment process by providing:
- The recommended reasonable adjustments including assistive technology, training and coaching
- Advice and guidance through the adjustment process
- Customer care and technical support
