Our free, confidential Helpline service provides information and advice about dyslexia and related subjects. There is no charge other than the cost of a standard rate telephone call.
We advise people who have dyslexia and others who work with them or support them.
We will tell you about our paid-for services, if these are appropriate for your needs, but we are also very happy to support people who do not use those services.
The Helpline is sometimes very busy and we may be unable to help you immediately. We are currently experiencing an exceptionally high demand for our support. Please be assured that we will answer your message as soon as we can, however it may take up to a week before we are able to respond.
